Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur is a modern shopping metropolis of 1.6 million people.  It reminds me a lot of Calgary-

The buildings are very modern-

The Petronas Twin Towers, completed in 1996, are the tallest twin towers in the world at 452 meters and 88 floors.  You can only visit to 375 meters.

These tunnels lead to the towers which house the KLCC - Kuala Lumpur City Centre mall-

The KLCC is huge and filled with western stores.  I could be in Calgary-

Christmas is in full swing-

Of course a visit to the HD store is a requirement and yes, I bought a t-shirt!

Anybody want to buy a watch???

Tomorrow will be another great day exploring KL!
