Hanoi, Vietnam

Hanoi is a city of seven million people.

Of course, there are a million scooters

 hauling everything from eggs-

to big screen tvs while texting-

This woman is wearing a hard hat with a hole cut out in the back for her pony tail!

The Old Quarter has 36 congested streets filled with restaurants, scooters and shops.  People sit on small plastic chairs at plastic tables and eat.  Everybody seems to eat on the street-

Often the food itself is prepared on the street-

Barbecuing quail-

Roasting corn-

Some interesting choices!

Street life-

Hmmmm...

Tomorrow will be an Hanoi cultural day!
