Hoi An, Vietnam

Hoi An is famous for certain Vietnamese dishes such as banh bao - white rose (shrimp) dumplings -

cao lau - a noodle dish of pork and greens-

hoanh thanh chien (no dog) - fried wontons covered with tomato, onion, pork and prawns-

goi xoai - green mango salad-

and pork skewers.  This one required some work.  The rice paper on the top left is used like a tortilla, then the rice noodles at the bottom right are put on top with the meat, lettuce, cilantro and vegetables.

Also on the menu at the Morning Glory cafe are home remedies-

Many crafts are made in this workshop-

These greeting cards are pretty cool-

James and Melissa having fun!

Tomorrow will be another sight seeing day here in Hoi An!
