Today was relaxing. I booked a sunset tour to Tikal tomorrow, leaving at noon. Today was very cloudy and cool, so not sure what it might have been like there as it is 66 km (2 hours) away. You can tell by the time to get there what the roads will be like!
Another parade went by early this morning. Leading the group was-
followed by a man on a donkey-
And a marimba, a deep toned xylophone made of wood-
I should have ordered the pancakes, just for fun-
There were no parades or bombas last night so I had a great sleep. Looking forward to visiting Tikal tomorrow!
